Pilates at INNERGYM works on your core stability. The technique teaches you to have awareness of your spine, posture, pelvis and abdominals (among other things). Exercising these 4 key areas creates tremendous strength and stability which can help alleviate backache, shoulder tension and all kinds of posture related aches and niggles as well as help you feel great!
