We understand that it isn't always easy to find money for life's little extras, and a personal trainer can seem a luxury in today's economic climate. Yet training with INNERGYM can be the low cost option. There are no membership fees and no joining fees, and certainly no monthly direct debits. We will structure a training programme to suit your training needs and your budget. Some of our clients train once a week, some once a fortnight. Some only use us for personal training – others use the gym at weekends. Some prefer a short sharp burst whilst others prefer a slow regular approach – and when you aren't using us, you don't pay us!

You can visit us for a free, no obligation taster session, or make yourself the gift of two personal training sessions for only £60.

Getting Started

Your first step is an assessment with your Personal Trainer. This will include taking details of you medical al history, physical measurements of body fat, weight, muscle strength, stability, muscle imbalances, posture, flexibility; a detailed description of your food cravings, water intake, food consumption, and current activity level and a thorough evaluation of your goals.

A proper assessment is essential to the personal training process. Without having a good idea about how you function with weight and your body weight, there is no way a Personal Trainer can design a specific programme  catered to your needs as a client. Here at INNERGYM our SMART goals make your fitness goals a reality.

Client Offers

Don't lose your momentum! All our clients can now use the studio on a Saturday afternoon and all day Sunday use the studio and equipment for only £10 per hour, or book the Vibrogym for £12 per half hour.
And if you want to use the gym regularly over weekends you can have free use of the gym and all equipment for only £25 per month.
