In a nutshell a Corrective Exercise / CHEK Exercise Coach professional trainer has a much greater understanding of the neuromuscular system of the body than a regular trainer, which means we can conduct comprehensive postural analysis' and design corrective exercises to address any postural deviations you might have. At the studio, we have the facility to profile your posture and in particular your spine and, based on the findings, design a program that not only achieve your fitness goals but corrects any postural imbalances.
We call it "The Thinking Man's (or Woman's) Workout" - it's creative, totally different and produces fantastic results.
